i use same client id no. which i used earlier & same for my husband (sponsor) too... i dont know whether its same way for everyone...

Yes i am also using my earlier CId , my case was that Islamabad VO will reopen my case .
But after submission my documents , they are silent .u dontknow they already opened or not ?

Hi shaiz . When u ll get ur redo medical .pcc and forms then ur new client id n file no will be mention on tht.. until u have to wait to get ur medical request . Have patients .soon u ll b hear good news of ur medical request documents.

Yup it's myself I got rejection did year in June 2014 nd I appealed in September and I got ADR date in march next year.

The immigration office people are very cruel. I had my baby 2 weeks ago, they cancelled my ADR that was today December 8. See how cruel people are. No sympathy even if we are pregnant or have a baby. They do what they have to do. They don't care how other's life. Just have faith on GOD. No human other than God can give you sympathy. Be strong and keep fighting. Show many proves as possible. Keep sending prove documents to the Immigration office. Good Luck!

I just got rejected by vo, and looking for appeal application with my husband, he is the sponsor. Since we both in China, I wonder would they do the ADR in China, or they have to do it in Canada ? we certainly dont want to fly to Canada for the hearing if possible.

they do the ADR or the Hearing in Canada but dont knw which category you were refused for ... if its for the missing documents they will ask you the written submission
but i feel its under "marriage not genuine".. isnt it? then your husband can apply for the appeal from china in canadian IAD Address which mentioned in your refusal letter.. but your husband have to be present in person in Canada

Hello friends,

My sister appealed her sponsorship to her husband case back in early October. She had received her appeal notice. Beyond this, she is lead to believe that she has to wait for a 120 days for the so-called "blue book". However, presently she is very frustrated and depressed that she isn't with her husband and is really angered with the thought that she has to prove to the government that her merriage is genuine. At times, she even contemplates suicide, mainly because her life with her better half has been put on hold for nearly 2 years and on going.

I reach out to you guys for some guidance/suggestions/tips on how I can help my sister in her case. She is inquiring if there is anything she can do now to speed up the process? Gather more evidence? Submit more evidence ASAP to the IAD? Anything?

Any help/advice is much appreciated. Thank you.

I have sent many emails , faxes and case specific enquiries and also called two or three times but no reply of any one .
