Congratulations!

you have to wait and see. Some are processed in Ottawa and some at the original visa office. (mine was done at original visa office)

Mexico. We won appeal (full hearing) August 2012. Heard from them January 2013. Start processing again April 2013. Landed April 2014. A couple of hiccups along the way. :D

That does not make sense so you are saying it took 2 yrs after wining appeal?

Can you please tell me how far are you in the process? and how much time it took to hear back from them ? what is your time line after winning appeal?

20 months to be exact. :eek:

not sure if you are aware, there was a 'slow down' at many visa offices but I believe that has been resolved. It also didn't help that they could not locate the file for several months.

When I did my research - it looked like most cases were re-processed within 1 year

****make sure all correspondence has your file #, Name and DOB***** on EVERYTHING you send them and ALWAYS make sure you have the tracking number. :D

I am hoping to get it done sooner way sooner than 20 month :) thanks for the advice

where did your case go ? my original office was Islamabad but now its going to Ottawa

What reason you got rejected? Please share. And after receiving the booklet how long did it take them to send the date for ADR?
