her question i answer perfect but she ask me again why i never went to tunisia to get my physio after i got hurt at work how do they let these ppl be gods to rule our life my god something has to be done to this system

Hi we have decided to reply for sponsorship as they told us today it would be a 3 yr waiting period for the appeal hearing ..i trully hope noone has this bad experince with a adr She really had her mind made up before she even entered room which by the way she was late getting there i had just came back in sept also from visiting my husband she said i had no proofs of us comminicating lol i had phone bills and chats i lost some chats because my pc went down and tried to get them but could not but i had phone bills from the day we meet until now she said i dont want phone bills . we did have facebook things that ppl said things and letters from his family and letters from him gifts and gifts from his family so i hope all has better luck than we did god bless

Filed for appeal in March 2012.
Received GCMS notes in July 2012.
Received call to schedule ADR in August 2012
ADR in September 2012
Appealed for the full hearing in September 2012
and scheduled for full hearing in November 2012.
but we decided to withdraw the application in October 2012.

They said that i married so quickly after knowing my wife for 3 months, even though I explained that 3 months were enough for me and my wife to know each other very well and it is normal in our religion, and even in our Pakistani/Indian culture they get married after knowing for just 1 day or 2 , insha Allah khair this time..

I am shocked too cher43. I cannot believe you lost your ADR and I can imagine the depth of your despair. We were refused at the end of our full hearing and I remember how devastated I felt. As you said, her mind was made up before you went in. You were not treated with fairness. I am so sorry. What you and your husband have decided? There is a long waiting period for the full hearing. Are you planning to live in your husband's country for a while? May you find the strength to go through this ordeal!

Yes Double Rainbow they sent me a re-med & re-pcc request in Sep'13 & we sent the same month !

Hi Everyone we lost our ADR it was hell she had her mind made up before we even went in she would not look at phone records and other things am so upset right now

:'( :'( :'( I am sooooo very sorry you lost your ADR today. Sooo not fair when this woman had already made up her mind about you for today. :'( it would be 3 years before you had your full hearing? OMG! Really that long? Wow! :'( Where was your ADR held again? I heard here in Vancouver if you lose your ADR a full hearing is in about 4 months or so as they are behind a bit just now. I am soooo sad for you :'( What about your charter of rights 3 years is just way too long and unjust. :'(

I am crying for you and I cannot stop. I feel sooo sooo very sad for you. I hope and pray your sponsorship goes through quickly and without any problems this time. I do worry ???though if the VOfficers issues were not addressed at this ADR and or at a full hearing first, they may arise again and you may get another possible denial of a visa :'(. I hope and pray not. ??? What does your lawyer suggest you do?
