Hi please how did you submit your documents. My husband tried to scan and send to the email they gave us. The mississauga office email. But it's not going through. Please can you tell me how you sent yours and please can you give me the email address. Maybe my husband has a wrong email. Thank you

Thank you. My husband just sent it. But he just realized the whole documents were more than 5MB in size. And they indicated it should be less than 5MB. I dont know what to do now
hello, i need your advice on my part of refusal at the accra ghana office that my marriage is not genuie, i am a Nigeria and now we need to appeal the refusal but dont know how to start it up, we are looking at getting a lawyer for the process, or do u think we would have a better chance of winning if we do it all by ourself.

While I do believe we could have won our appeal without the help of an immigration consultant, he got us a hearing date only 7 months after we appealed. We applied, got refused, and won our appeal all within a years time. If you can afford a lawyer, I personally would recommend hiring one, but if you cannot, and your relationship is truly genuine, you will be fine.

I am so beyond frustrated right now. My case worker at the IAD told me on January 17th he would call me back in a week to let me know about the outcome to our appeal. Never called. Following week, no call. I called him many times, left a message. No call back. Anytime i called, no answer.
I FINALLY have him answer the phone today to tell me that hes "locked out of his computer" and cant tell me anything as he cant get in. Then says he will call me back. I just want to scream!!!
After having our app returned for not putting the word "single" beside my inlaws marital status, to being the last in our group to hear anything, then to be refused with no pfl, and now no information, i feel like im going to go crazy!

Ive been waiting since October 2018 when we first put this app in. I think my patience has run out long ago.
yes our marriage is genuine but am scared the ircc might see it fron another perceptive cause this ia draining and hiring a consultant might be a bit expensive which
There are many of here that can help prepare you if you do not have a lawyer. We have helped each other prepare. I know it's stressful. The good thing is many of us were in your situation and have lots of experience to guide you
