Has anyone else won their appeal yet not received any emails, requests etc??

I won Adr in November. Haven't gotten medical requests but I got an update on Friday that my application has started again

I had my hearing and they called the applicant after me

I had a hearing in an actual courtroom in cbsa building and after they questioned me the minister the lawyer and the other prty they called my husband to interview

How long do we usually wait for the next step or updates on gckey after the appeal is allowed

In interview of appeal what type of questions are asked from slonsor? Are they related to previous interview of the applicant? Or anything else is asked?

They will interview whatever the issue was in the files and other personal stuff to proof your relationships

They called my husband's phone. The judge put him on speaker phone so my lawyer, the judge and minister's council could speak to him.

normally via the method you stated on the form. It can be skype, hangouts or direct call for which you have to provide a calling card.

Right! You have to provide a method in your paperwork before your hearing. They called my husband but didn't ask for a calling card. Must be different for each court.
