My name is Mr Patel , i want to share with you for my file process time -

i applied under SINP PNP SKILLED WORKER WITH MY WIFE

Applied on - Nov-2011 ( JOB OFFER as a bookkeeper ON Basis of my old employment experience as ACCOUNT ASSISTANT )
file number on - Nov -2011
Doc req - december 2012 - Travel Histroy

missing/incomplete Doc req -3/6/13 (-code of conduct ,
- update of current employer reference letter ,
- Bank statement ,
- IMM-5562 supplementary information-My travel,
- IMM-5406 Additional family information they said this form not legible )
- my wife formal document of birth certificate .

send to them on - 5th july-13

so please tell me now how many day they taken for issue nomination . i dont understand they taking too much time almost 19 month for file submit.

finally, they were required for Job approval letter. That's a additional 6-12 months wait, wtf.
Hope you don't need JAL, please keep us updated.

finally, they were required for Job approval letter. That's a additional 6-12 months wait, wtf.

thanks for giving me nice advice , can u tell me your that 2 friend in which category , because as per i know from sujwal only JOB APPROVAL LETTER ( JAL ) need who applied from May 2012 on or after in family category not in skill worker because SINP skill worker required only JOB OFFER LETTER when you submit your file for nomination than after from PR . i think both your friend applied without job offer letter in skilled worker category or they both in family category .

Sorry about the delay in replying you. I think khangreatman said right. You will receive your nomination very soon. Dont worry, it might take about 2 months nowadays but ultimately you will get it.

i want to ask you one question one of my this form friend David001 - told me may be you need to required JOB APPROVAL LETTER (JAL) to submit in SINP because he said his 2 friend submit document requirement after that SINP required JAL , and i replied to him like this -

Hi Mr. Patel, Yes you must have latest job approval letter for skilled worker and Family member with job offer as well.
You must include a copy of the SINP Job Approval form in your application to the SINP, or your application will be returned. Your employer will receive the SINP job approval form from the SINP.
I suggest you to contact your employer as soon as possible and ask about the letter if they got any from Sinp.

i am very confuse what you said , and what you send me link of family referral but i applied pnp skilled worker

form - IMM0008 SEHEDULES 4 ECONOMIC CLASSES - PROVISION NOMINEES - IN THIS FORM

1) my fmaily given name -
2) my birth date -
3) which govt give nomination -Saskatchewan
4) which provincial stream/category - Skilled worker

so as per form i am not in family class , i am in other class - sinp skilled worker

so how i required job approval letter .

because when i was applied on that time my agent said you just need job offer letter and our connected lawyer in canada they provide job offer letter with connected employers . so basis of job offer letter i submit my file and after 19th month what sinp required i was talk with you before . now you tell me how i have to submit job approval letter . i am not in family category .
