Perhaps him or his employer had been asked to provide an additional doc. They might have submitted it but it but that doc request kinda kicks people off the queue so usually adds 45 working days but with increase in the the number of applications Recieved in the last year, make that about 90WORKING DAYS! For it to get back on the queue.
Thanks a lot dear biometrix. :)
After my employer received call , I have not got any further news from SINP ... and my online application status still shows "in process". I wonder it may become "decision made" before I get nomination.....Am I right?

I got the following reply from SINP

"They have to register before you submit your application. they can register at wwwsaskimmigrationcanada.ca/employers"

8 months are about to complete for SINP skilled worker category, When will I be nominated?
nobody knows... I'm waiting little over 10 months and my friend is 11 months now

Hey guys. I am new to this forum. Let me introduce myself:

I have applied for SINP family class with my cousin living in Saskatchewan. I applied in August 2011, receiving acknowledgment the same month. Since then waiting for updates, its been 8 months now.

Btw, I had a consultant who applied for me whom I met while I was visiting Canada. I was wondering if any of you would know in which office would the federal evaluation to my application be done. Is it going to be in Singapore where most of the federal evaluation is done for people who applied from the country I am from? Or, is it going to be the office in Canada since I applied while I was in Canada even though I left Canada already?

Thank you and very nice to see few concerned applicant like me here in this forum.

/Rony

Total time duration Provincial Nominee Office with CIC Office takes 18 Months to 22 Months....

Wow, Looks like your wait is almost over. Congrats Adnan.

And it also looks like total duration for your application process will be significantly lower than the 18-22 months!

I don't know where that leaves me though. I mean I applied few days before you did, and still no update after getting the file number. I wonder what is happening ..

We are not sure about the time limits to get nomination in any category, but we have heard that SINP office is receiving tremendous load of applications that is making the time limits higher and higher..

from what i have seen after coming here is, Saskatchewan is flooded with international students from all over canada. all students are coming here to get PR. and i am talking about hundreds of, its just one category, there are lots and lots of people moving here to sponsor their family members. the way things are going, its no wonder why SINP office is receiving tremendous amount of application.

Hi mysteryocean,

Thats an valid point. Everyone is getting benefits from the requirements of SINP like us. I guess students from Toronto are readmitting themselves in any sask univ after their primary course in other part of Canada. But still they have been given preference from family or skilled categories.

Skilled or family stream?

Dear Friends ,

I submitted my application for SINP ( Skilled Worker Category) on 10th March 2012…… since then My status shown as “ Application Received”

I was wondering if any friend here in this forum can advise me what is going on?

Why my status is still “ Application Received” even after almost 2 months?

How long does it usually take to change the status from “Application Received” to “ in Process”

Please Advise

Thanks in Advance

I sound you and personally believe this floating mass will just take the advantage and move to some other place as soon as they will have PR.
