All SINP application applied in 2011 tracker

they did call my employer in canada but didnt call my employer in india.

So its mean i will not know up to what extent my application has been processed.. I guess they will contact my brother in law in Canada... if i have to contact Sinp office how can i contact them? i don;t know the email address...

this is the reply i got from SINP when i inquired about timeline

Skilled Worker – 5-6 months
Family Category – 10-12 months
Student – 2-4 months

means it will take min 10 months, i got my SINP in 5 month and a week, as per they suggested.

In my opinion you will have to wait until you get 3 month statement and once you get the statement you also have to maintain the amount in bank... you can do small transactions but you will have to maintain the required figure... as they may verify the amount from your bank...

Guys, after 4 months of waiting. I got a letter from the Immigration. Saying that they required my wife Signature (code of conduct) original with Ink. Which was sent to them by post.

The online status still says "waiting on Applicant", did the immigration asked anyone of you for the same?

You must submit singed code of conduct for both, you & your spouse.

You need to show fund in order score point, if you meet 35 point without need of fund, you dont need to show any fund. i had negative $2000, on my net worth form, but i had enough point, so i got the nomination.

Ya. Exactly. If you get 35 points with IELTS & with your experience and if you do have balance in your account, it's find. Because you fulfill the requirement of 35 points already. No need to show $10,000 in your account. It's fine if you lack in balance in your account.

One more thing. You do not need to show $10,000 in you account. It's your total estimate worth which should be above $10,000. Get CA certificate for your house price estimation or if you bought some land in past. Make sure, It's on your name or you are the only son or daughter. Do not do anything wrong in it. Because they also ask for original documents with CA certificates & they might check it.
