Hi all one more advice I need from u all.actually iam nt being able to obtain my previous police certificate Whr I lived about 15 years but I Hv my current police certificate where I Hv been living for the last 3 nd half year.at ths stage can I send my current police certificate and later whn they ask for my previous one thn I ll arrange it nd will present tht ?.?is thr any problem in it plz tell me....

IF it doesn't have any expiration date then you can keep your nomination letter and send your FSW package first. they will review your package and send it to your local visa office within 60 days and in that step you will be confident that your file is accepted and then you can send an STRONG detailed email to SINP and explain because of their long delay for your nomination you decide to apply in FSW and you want to drop your application with them!
And if there will be any unforeseen problem with your FSW application inside CIO then you can send your SINP package to them after and drop your FSW application then!
I suggest you to think twice before you apply because it is very sensitive decision in your life my friend.
Hi, My brother has sponsored through SINP (Saskatchwen) for some family members (Total of 3 application). 2 of them were nominated by the province, however the third one was came as rejected today with below reason:

You do not meet the SINP settlement requirements. You must have proof of having
$10,000 for the principal applicant and $2,000 for each accompanying dependant deposited
in a bank for at least 3 months OR a permanenet full-time job offer in Saskatchewan].
The sponsor has provided SINP with the statement for more than once in the past (Since NOV 2011 ). Most recently the statement was requested in MAR 2013 (And was provided). After that in AUG 2013 they had requested other information but statement were never requested and we never bothered to provide something that is not being asked. But fullfilled all the other requirement as per their instruction.
Now as a surprise, when we see this letter today through email. It came as a surprise, as have they asked for them statement even today it was never a problem but they rather decided to refuse the application. I AM CONFUSED, SHOCKED AND BIT MAD. PLEASE HELP ME AND PLEASE ADVISE ME MY OPTIONS TO HOW TO GO ABOUT THIS. I KNOW 100% THE FILE IS BEING NEGLECTED BY SOMEONE THAT DOESNT LOOK THROUGH DETAILS.

I think it is not very important at this step because every time they want you to send additional documents then you can do it. When they asked then you can provide what they want.

Here is the paragraph from their "SINP Procedural Guideline - 30-Nov-2011.pdf" from their site:
If your application was not approved and you wish to request a secondary review you must provide the following:
o Send a signed letter to the SINP requesting a secondary review within 45 days of the date on the refusal letter you received indicating your application was not approved.
o In your letter, you must clearly state your grounds for review. You will not be able to add new documents or information to support your application at this stage.
o The second review is based on the information contained in your completed application. If you have new documents or information, you will have to submit a new application to the SINP.
o If the SINP receives your letter within the 45 day period and the letter contains the required information, then your application will be reviewed by a different manager and you will be notified of the final decision by email.

I liked your second idea however all provincial nominees are valid for 6 months from the date of issue, and i reckon how busy will CIO and CIC be in coming days.
I think i will apply both at the same time. As provincial doesnt require original language test result and FSW requires original i can manage this. As i can order 2 originals for police reports i can send both to each. I will then cancel one which is lacking behind.
I too wish to send SINP a long email but thats okey.
