So where in canada?Ligaya Perez said:hello alvin, our situation is almost d same, the difference is that i am under sinp skilled category. I applied last Oct, 13, 2010 and only got my nomination last Oct.17, 2011. I have a representative also in canada. I almost gave up coz it's naka-ka depressed waiting everyday pero nothing came. At last on that day i received an email from my rep. my letter of approval. Last Friday, Oct. 28, i submitted my full docs to cem. Hope everything will be ok. Just relax and dont lose hope. I'm not sure what to do but i guess the first thing is to have english translation to all of their documents written in any other language and probably you need to accompanied it by an affidavit from the person who completed the translation.ayad said:hello everyone i have some question.. if you can help me that would be great and really help full im trying to bring my uncle from iraq i live in regina sk canada i have the paper work ready to get filled out.. my cuzns brought some paper with them but its all in arabic and i just dont know where to start what all info do i need and i mean everything to have a good application and gathering everything up what all do i need.....???? can someone help me thano you
Where do u live currently?JCS said:Hi
I sent my application on October 24th and of course didn't get any reply yet.
Does anyone know if it is faster if you apply from within the country? I am here on a young professional visa which is valid for one year. I don't ever want to go back and live in Germany; life here is so much better and the people are just amazing.
Good luck to everyone!!!!
hi! we're also under sinp skilled category and we just had our visa recently. the nomination of my husband took 7 months to release, filed in june 2010 and got in jan 2011. we filed the docs at cem on april 2011 and got an AOR on the same month. 3 months after we received our medical request and 6 months after filing, we got our passport request. now we have our visas and we'll be moving to canada by jan or feb next yr. that's usually the timeline for pnp, you'll get the ppr in an average of 6 months after date of filing. so if you'll be filing your application at cem this november, hopefully you'll have your visa in may or june next yr. you may want to check the other threads, try visiting "pinoys to saskatchewan". goodluck!Ligaya Perez said:hello alvin, our situation is almost d same, the difference is that i am under sinp skilled category.
