can you check your application online? if yes that is the status, my suggestion is that you should not write them until you application processing time exceeds the maximum processing time that sinp claims in their autogenerated email i.e 8 to 10 months.

I guess you are right.

Thanks

You can ask your Consultant about the username and password, just to check the status, he may be true regarding your status, because after "application received" status becomes "In process", but now data vanishing situation is new for us that is why i am asking seniors regarding this.

thanks smile.. i really appreciate your prompt response..
Friend im really getting confused about the whole process of pnp actually now after reading some many threads....

1)we send our application to CIO nova scotia in sydney to get the nomination.
2)then when we get the nomination , as per the new rules on 1dec 2011 our application will go to federal govt for further processing
3) then we will apply in our home country VISA office. Our home contry visa office would request us for Medicals and passport...

pls correct me if im wrong i actually wanna know how its gonna work..??

We didn't apply online so haven't been checking our status online but I know from other forum comments that when changes are made online then work is certainly in progress. Must have seen this on 'nigerian applicants let's network'.

Hi all, please tell me for SINP whether the visa officer calls or visits the employer with whom the nominee is presently working in their native place.

thanks for the useful information... but ours is skilled worker under pnp+job offer...

Mine is Family stream without a job offer, but my application will be processed according to pre-existing criteria... but not good for new applicant who were planning or preparing to send application...

This will greatly reduce the number of application intake hence faster processing time once again...

Mine is Skilled Worker category..

But Family Category files who will apply or will get file number after May. 1st, have to take this very seriously. This will increase their time.

This will help others a lot in a way that will reduce their time frame.

Meanwhile, My status is still in process. Still waiting for Nomination. :)

Be busy and Be happy..
