Better not...!!! Last time when they send u reply??? better to send them mid of MAY as reminder mentioning them that what time you apply for your case its mention processing time is this and today is this this much more time has passed then the orignal time mention...!!

Did u get any reply from UAE embassy.

I have sent 3 mails to the Canadian embassy in Auh but no replies received from them. I am getting freaked out here since my classes starts in May 1st. I have asked my consultant to get in touch with the university to grant me another starting date but yet to hear from them too.

Yes. They are communicating to the college faculty keeping me in CC, so I know the real fact what is happening. Just now I received an email from the Embassy saying ' My application is under process and due to large inventory of applicants, it will take some more time but they cannot guarantee''

I guess things will be clear once college replies to me.......

Great atleast you hear something from the embassy...!!! yes whatever college send u a new date or something you can fwd this to the embassy...!!!

DO mention them that this offer letter is generated upon request as the session was starting in may and its already late.... so for the new classes i request the college and they send me the letter with this date so i can persue with my studies without any lacking or no classes should be miss!!!!

- are you working people ? or just finished your school or undergraduate study ?

- if you are workers and applying for study permit - did you provide employment letter ? did they specify on the letter that you will resume your work with them (the company providing the certificate ?)

- Is your sponsor is same as your company providing you with the letter of employment ?

- If I provided letter of employment but my sponsor is my father will this be a problem ?

Hi there are so many people who just finish their studies and applied for higher studies..... and there are more people which are applying after 3, 5, 10 or even 15 years of study.. all is that you need to submit ur Experience letter with it.... its not very necessory to add resume letter but yes it will be a great home tie.. no matters even ur father is employer.... he can mention accordingly that you are the major part of the business and we want our business to grow more and we need to brodan our business plans thats why knowing international market u are going for studies.. its just my view u can write down on ur own....
and you wil be joing them back after u finish ur studies!!

Thank you for your quick response. I am actually applying from KSA. and I belive the system in KSA and UAE is almost the same.

I have been working for three years in Company X, while my father (he is not Saudi) is my sponsor and he works in Company Y (he is employee in that company). I will provide letter of employemnet from my Company (my point anyone managed to get visa while he is working in Company X and his Sponsor is his Father). This low of sponsor can be found only in gulf countries !

I do not want embassy to refuse my visa because my employer is not my sponsor !! :'(

Regarding the point you mentioned.. if in the letter of employment the company did not say that I will resume back to my work - it will be difficult as I am not a citizen ?

However, can my father state in the letter of finicial support that I am going to provide that ( ... His higher educational study will help him to fill the gap between his technical and managerial skills along with international experience in a great country like canada will help us to be more successful to open our business in our home country) Can I add such thing and would it be helpful ?

My papers are almost ready but I am concerned with that my father is my sponsor.

One more question, they are requesting a proof of residence true ? I am going to provide a copy of valid exit/re-entry visa and copy of my resident permit.

Even though the spelling of my father name in the resident permit is litter different than passport, is this fine?

your father has a company in Saudi??? they do neet that whatever your physical appearence in that country is leagal... so it could be a resident visa or tourist or visit... Like in my case my resident visa is finish because my previous company closed.... so my spouse is working here she sponser me visit visa.... and i ask the embassy they told me whatever ur sttaus in the country we just need a legal proof of ur physical presence in the country of application..... all embassies are interlinked so u must be humon(heheh what i guess) and valid proof of ur physical presence.....

if ur father is running a company there in Saudi then theer is no problem stating in the letter..... you are not citizen but you have business there so in this case what i feel its solid... or if u are still concerned.. better to take an employement letter from a company in Pakistan like a conditional letter stating that we will offer you full time employement if you do this course.. because we are looking for foriegn gradutes who can join our company for the growth of orgnization to meet international standard/.... i am here on visit and working freelance for a pakistani company... i took from them a conditional letter for a full time job stating we would love to have him here full time once he finish his studies.....!!!!

Hello again.

No my father is not running his company in Saudi. So I will ask the company in the letter of experience in which it will mention (my salary, length of service (from X time to present), position, dates of contract (from x till y in a yearly renewable contract) and ( we would love to have him here full time once he finish his studies).

what you think ? is that good enough. to convince them that I will come back to my country ! I actually completed my MSc. in UK and I left before my visa expires then I belive this should support also I hope.
