You applied online??? what is ur nationality???? they do not take orders and they do things according to their own.. knowing the fact 1st come 1st serve... but still u can tell them you situation with ur details that you apply this time but its just 9 days u applied.... so in VAC even it takes maximum 5 weeks... why you apply so late for september intake?? and u were in canada before? was not u on student visa??

its mentioned in the website that you can also go to the embassy to check for status if your waiting time exceeded normal time... i think you should go in person... best of luck !

normal processing time for abu Dhabi is 8 weeks. did they ask for medicals?

I think extra 20 days also apply to me as im from Pakistan.

U got ur file no. does this mean your application is approved.

it's clealy mentioned in website that if normal processing time exceeds, then the applicant can visit the embassry for enquiry. please check website before saying something.

not possible, if that's study permit.

i tried to do online, and it rejected and said that TEMPORARY visa application/study permit can not be checked....

may be, if any permanent residency application is under process and then he applied for study permit, then it may show both ... but yet again, not ONLY study permit, as per CIC
