Hello everyone! I need help on applying my visitor visa to canada... Actually i have got rejected by us embassy once. Is it compulsory to mention my refusal in application form? What if i don't mention it? Please help me out i am soo much confused

Can someone clarify a couple of things to me please:

1) Timelines of online and paper based application?
2) If online application, when do we go submit biometrics to VFS office?
3) If paper application, do we submit actual passport or just a photocopy of it?

1. Pretty much the same listed at cic website for the local embassy of your country of residence. Online might be slightly faster.
2. Not very sure about this but likely they will intimate you / or you can ask for an appointment.
3. Actual passport

yes you have to mention the recjtion because Us and canada share data. and ofcourse you should mention in any other country about your preivouse refusals while applying visa .donot watse money while applying canada visa because it is paper base application no interview etc .Us is easy and you didnot get tgat visa.

Hi Friends,

I applied visitor visa - online, for my Sister and Brother to visit me for attending wedding. Their visa is refused (By Abudhabi office) based on the following reasons:

1. Travel history
2. Employment prospects in the country of residence.

My sister is employed so I don't understand the 2nd reason.

They both haven't traveled before. Can you guys please help me, how can I address these concerns.

Dear you and any other cannot do any thing on this i have lot of travel history all arounf the world and mostky i am out of country on bussines tour. Like europe china etc still they refused me the travel history ahahahahah

Normally people got the similar reason about travel history etc but if you want to know exact reason for refusal you should apply for GCMS notes. It will take upto 30 days but you will be able to clear the concerns of VO.

Also share the time line.
What date you apply?
City?
Was it online application or paper application?

Ahaha my gsm notes also folish same that no travel history ahahaha funny my passport pages finished with visa stamps of europe asia differnt cuntories but the date of expiry still have 2 years and they say no travel history in gsm notes may be the visa officer was drunk .

Tell me one thing , as you have you have good travelling , all the trips you made to europe or usa was in 2016 and 2017 or you have travelled alot in last 5 yrs to these countries

At time VO see many things , you must have travelled alot but may be very recent so they want to see situation over all
Like since last 5 yrs i travel to these countries and usually 2 to 3 trips overall in a yr that matters

Any ways share your history with country travelled month and year will try to sort out wats the weak point

I am working in a bank and will attach all my official documents like approved leave plan, Work employment letter, account statement and my car documents to show ties with the country.

My sister was doing job but she quit the job last year. Her personal bank account probably isn't high enough but she had traveled to 5 different countries in last 3 years. My father is a retired person but has a strong account statement and travelled to Dubai and Saudia Arabia.

Please advise which other home tries document we should provide with our cases to show the strong ties with the country and increase the chances of getting a TRV.

Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks

I think you should not face any issue but if you need further proof ties to Pakistan, you can provide:

1. Proof of property in your name or father's name
2. Take along old passports if you or your sister have traveled to developed countries before. This helps a lot.
