Can you please share your intended date of visit and the type of visa. We have our date of visit on 25th Oct. Someone said to me that they(CIC) normally try to declare the result of application before the date of visit.

My intended date of travel is on 26th OCT Monday, i have applied as a family visit which was being sponsored for couple of weeks. what is your visa status? did you apply form VAC Islamabad? i am still on the waiting track since last month, but now its getting too late? i dont know what CIC is thinking and whats their plan? Allah knows better. We should hope for the best.
Hey do you know any 1 who applied from VAC Islamabad on same dates or after got refusal?
Did you write any CSE to them?

Our intended date is 25th Oct and we applied on your own. Same as you, we are also waiting.
No, i donot know anyone who applied fro VAC Islamabad. I wrote an email 2 weeks ago to CIC and did get the usual reply that its in process. Yup you are right, even if they delay the visa, i hope the end new is a good news for all.

Does anyone know if you want to report someone to High Commission in Islamabad, that they don't get visitor visa. Especially if visitor has history of domestic violence and women abuse background, what is the procedure and does CHC Islamabad keep it confidential? I don't want my ID disclosed.

First of all, I would say that above information is linked with fraud. It is truly fact that most of consultants in Pakistan are deceiving innocent people in the name of work permit/student permit etc with wrong guidance and assistance. Those people who are living in Canada, can better understand the ground realities. Things are not so easier as we think about them. Every thing is based on struggle with dedicated effort.

AOA Ayesha,

Canadian govt. has introduced the system in which we can report any fraud related activities. You can take further information from below link.

In short, you can send email with all details to CHC ISB for any such information against applicant with strong solid proof. I know one family in Pakistan. Case was same as you describe. They sent all docs to CHC ISB via courier and got response positively after long time from CHC. Immigrant visa of applicant (culprit) was rejected after investigation.
As you have seen in the forum that some trv cases have prolonged due to background and security checks. These both terms are also connected with fraud related activities.

I am hopeful that you will get some help from my point of views.

Hey guys do u have any idea what to write in question one (How many passport have u had, including one u currently have?) of travel history form which is specificaly for Pakistan? Like I have two passports, one is old and other is new so should I write two or one?

A.O.A hi guys i want to know that i have apply my visit visa on 1st september 2015 as exhibitor but i did not recived my passport and not any call from embessy or lahore frdex office .
Exhibition will start(23rd octboer to 25th october) today and its only for 3 dau so whats yours opinion will it refuse my visa or have some hope thah CHC will issue the visa .
I m so worry coz i have also send the stall parcel include my samples and goods if the visa refuse i will lose almost 10,000 us$

It has been more than 80 days since my father applied for his supervisa and we have received no response whatsoever from the CHC Islamabad, no medical call, no additional documents nothing. what could the reason be ? I wanted to know that is this time line normal or we should raise a query to the Canadian High Commission Islamabad regarding the status of the application ??

Guys i was filling forms for visit visa. And i saw that family information form for pakistan is different than any other country. In pakistan form they are not asking about detail of brothers and sisters. Guys which form to submit in visa application please guide
