I applied for visit visa in Lahore on 19th Feb 2015 (paper based application). On 30th march 2015 I received emails from the embassy and vfs global to collect my passport. On 31st of march 2015 I collected my passport, alhamdulillah got the visa for 3+ years.

So I received my passport after exactly 40 days, alhamdulillah.

I just wanted to confirm if paper based application takes more time than on-line app? I applied for TRV (paper based) on 29th April 2015 and I read somewhere that online applications turn around time is faster than paper based. Is this true? Has anyone applied through paper based and got successful? If so, how long did it take?

Any body else share timeline with CHC Islamabad TRV visa please

Applied for my wife (I am a citizen) on April 1st (Online) and got the Biometrics done on April 2nd. No updates since then...We attached ticket itinerary for May 24th. Really hoping it comes in before then but right now the chances look really slim

I asked my MPs office to send a request to CHC Islamabad asking for them to look at the application soon so we can make arrangements accordingly. Hoping for the best.

My brother in law applied for his family (Father and 3 younger siblings) and they were approved in March with a 32 day turnaround from biometrics to Passport Request.

i got some information from my friend i want to share with you guys he applied on 15th april and got today passport with visas with wife i think all cases has diffrent times no body cannot match processing times with others hope all will get soon good results

I have similar case like yours, I have submitted my TRV online application on April 10, 2015 and didn't got any updates yet.

I just want to know have you granted Visa Yet ?

Hi malikn,

There is no update since the application is submitted.
Biometrics was done the following day after the application was submitted.
Previously my mother visitor's visa application was approved in 5 days in 2013.
