Dear all,
I hope you are fine by the grace of ALLAH.

I had applied for TRV on 28june 2013 by TCS.
And till now i didnt hear anything from them. Is it because of the Professional Association of Foreign Service Officers (PAFSO) Strike in different offices of canada?? I had done a bit research and found that this is strike is not at canada pakistan office. kindly anyone please confirm that is visas from islamabad pakistan is affected by this strike or not??

layal.bee i applied on 19th june and i also heard nothing till date i email them in last ov july they also reply me same like this thats ur application is currently in process and under review me also really bit worried but inshaALLAH the people who wait from long time hear good news soon. just trust on GOD and be hopeful.

InshAllah, I did email CHC too few times, but never heard back. I mentioned the applicant name,DOB, and passport#. They didn't respond to any of my emails. I hope we hear some good news soon.

Patience plays a key role in TRV application.
you all guys who applied in month of June(paper based applications) will hear from CHC Islamabad at the end of this month or in first week of September inshAllah.
I will also ask all those Pakistani memebers on this forum to post their queries here rather than to post their individual threads.thanks

I just sent my passport today some 8 hours ago through VFS Global (VISA DROP BOX) when i am tracking it on there website it shows

"Visa application, tracking ID No.XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Your processed passport has been received at the Canada Visa Application Centre, on 20/08/2013 and is ready for collection. To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website."

how can it be ready for collection so quickly hehe ...surely this has to be some mistake?

Nops, im still waiting, . .no response from CHC islamabad.
n ya rite, this wait will turn us into pshchy patients, thats why i stop thinking abt it

No dear, I applied for my TRV, not for mother super visa. I applied on 28june 2013.

My mother applied on June 27th, have heard nothing. She has travelled to Canada before too, so far no communication
