Dear, you may upload all the documents you deem appropriate, through the file link 'letter of explanation'. You just need to open a doc file and then paste all the documents in that followed by its conversion to pdf format, hope it helps.

Brother this doc file has some specific format or its empty.I mean either i can use any word document for this?

Yes, a word file that can be converted to a pdf file afterwards.
