Salam,

I am new here, just got some information from immigratemanitoba.com and submit my application to MPNP online,
My first question to all especially ume rayan, I have claimed CLB 6 in my self assesment,

My IELTS result is L 5.5 , R 4.5 , W 6.0 , S 6.0
CLB numbers are L 5.5 , R 5.0 , W 5.5 , S 5.5

kindly check the diffrence and reply me, should i claim CLB 5 ???

Well this CLB thing is new to me. Due to my busy schedule, I'm not able to check out CLB point system in detail.

But as MPNP minimum requirement is CLB 4, so even if you get CLB 5 then it seems OK. All you need is to get maximum marks in all other factors to make your application more strong. If you are able to score above 65-70 points then you'll get approval easily.

Application submitted to MPNP - 15th april 2013

Acknowledge email - just after submitting

File number - after 15 hours

Settlement plan2 submission - hopefully on 30th april 2013

Should i maintain funds in my account or not untill ? ? ?

Thanks a lot for your nice words. I'm glad to help others according to best of my knowledge but I'm not at all an expert.

Yes you need to maintain funds until Add Doc Request or Medical request because CHC, London will ask for 6 months bank statement. I'll advise you to not to take any risk until you get 1st email from CHC,London.

But if there is no way out then you can take out money & add it later after getting LOA. When you'll get bank statement request from CHC, London, you need to attach a covering letter with your 6 months bank statement that you take out money due to some solid reasons. Like many applicants attached property/gold buying & selling slips that we bought gold/property with that money & now sell it once again to show sufficient settlement funds in our account.

some body told ,me dat if u hv 2 MPNP when u dont hv a close relative nu showed dat ur relatives in MB are distant 1 or friend den u case is definitly setaside n u cant ge an approval excep b the mercy of ALlah...o of course we get any thing by HIS mercy only but still am confused coz my cousin in MB is my 1st cuzn bt my mom n her Mom has lost birth crf8 n nikaah naamas...so my case efforts are all in vain?

So your first cousin is your sponsor? & you applied under close relative stream but you don't have sufficient proof for that?

I'm afraid to say but in that case you'll get a rejection once again. MPNP will definitely ask for a strong proof to prove your blood relationship like birth certificates etc.

Getting a birth certificate is not at all an issue. Even in your own birth cert, your grand father name is written. Do check it out.

Also you can provide them your mother's/father's Family registration certificate from NADRA as well showing names of your grand parents. This certificate is best way to demonstrate close relationship with our cousin.

General Stream(Distant relative/close friend stream) is a bit slow but many applicants get approval easily. Its not at all that difficult.

No I didnt apply under close relative when I aplied online instead i mentioned that my cuzn is my 2nd cuzn n friend as well so i hvnt provided any proofs.....but as u knw Ihv sent a new plan 1as I was nt satisfied wid da previous 1. dat form doesnt have any such question abt realtives dat shows dat v hv a distant relative or close s I am afraid dat imaycause some cnfusion...though when I aplied online I clearly selected General stream nt Family .

Don't worry, in General Stream, MPNP don't ask for any proof of relationship. They'll just inquire about relationship between you & sponsor during phone interview.

Your sponsor received an email from MPNP that "we have received your SP2 & all other documents(tax papers,health card etc)"?

Well this is something new to me because all previous applicants never ever receive anything to ensure that MPNP received SP2.

Close relative can receive LOA on your behalf but MPNP don't acknowledge applicant nor sponsor that they receive SP2.

According to my poor knowledge, nobody EVER receive any email or acknowledgement that MPNP has received your sponsor's SP2 & other required documents.

So don't worry, they'll contact your sponsor after 2-3 months for an interview.

If you are still worried then its better to ask MPNP by sending them an email.

Yeah in 1st case when i was unable 2 provide proof of relationship..she go an email 2 days after sending settlemen plan 2 dat dey hv recieved her plan n shortly inform he ab decision....
dis time i got email stating v hv received plan 2 fom u relative n will tell u abt once a decision is made...so i thnk dey do rely..

I have no enough money in my bank account, but i have property and net worth of this prorerty is more than 40,000 CAD. Is it acceptable for london visa office, property papers with estimated value of property, instead of bank statement OR i must show the bank statment.

No CHC, London don't accept anything other than bank statement. They'll keep on sending you request to show proof of settlement funds until you provide them your bank history. So my advise is to not to take any risk & its better to maintain your bank account if you want to avoid any delays.
