I have re-scheduled my exam and I need to inform Visa officer about my next upcoming dates (after 4 months from now). Do I need to write/fill any form to inform them or a simple typed/printed application. Can anybody help in sharing some sample text/specimen ?

I am very thankful for the support you guys are providing. Please guide me what to do so that I can further proceed.

It's not necessary to inform the visa office. Nevertheless, you can email the visa office to say you have rescheduled your exams because you are waiting for your TRV.

Hope these exams are not a licensing exam to immigrate to/practice in Canada

No it is not a licensing exam. I will, however, write a simple application and send it to Visa office via courier. I cannot rely only on emails since I have not received any response from the following emails:

These are very busy periods for embassy to check millions of applications.

Online was lazy to apply but now suddenly paper based has become super slow

I will say all the applicants to stay calm and wait for 3 months since applied date.

May June July are the most busiest seasons for them

Do not worry All may applicants will soon hear there results inshallah end of July

Hi dude I just got my under grad degree in June 2016 from UK Queens uni Belfast m planning doing masters from USA next intake right now just visiting family so basically m not employed

Yes 2017 is tourism year for Canada plus visiting my cuzns.

I couldn't agree more online is way faster I did my biometrics on 22 June got result 18 July that makes it around 26 days where as I have seen people applied in early may still waiting .

Yes online now is more faster than paper based

I will encourage everyone to use online track now from onwards

In may 2017 the processing time was 27 days
In June it was 34 days
Currently it has gone to 48 days

Wow I don't know why they are not still capable of upgrade the process
