I mean we just had an increase of 3 months in most CHC offices, this is really frustrating, i've been waiting since 2006, my file is still on the shelve, and I have friends that applied in 2009 and are already there.

Well, then u r right. Not only BLA but BLA BLA BLA......................-

Although, one of the aims of changing the rules was to reduce the backlog, this obviously is not the case and seems to have backfired.
