about your queries,,, pahile pahile TC collegeko chheu ko jamal baata dinthyo. ahile TU ko new building kirtipur TU jane baato maa chha. teha gayera application fee pay garnu parne huna sakchha. 2years before maile M.Sc. engineering ko new place baata liyeko ho. I.Sc. ko pani tehi dinu parne ho. haina rahechha vane..jamal nai huna sakchha. u can find out from that office. you have no time. tesaile, ktm maa kohi chha vane..tapaile authorization letter ra afno visa ko photocopy fax /scanned garera kasailai send garnu vayo vane, with reason, like..out of nepal vayeko reason le..mero falano person lai original certificate dinu huna anurodh chha...etc. vanera letter send garnu vayo vane ..u can get it. but it might take some time. may be upto 1month, coz they r lazy n data are not in organized way in our tu.
its not a worried matter. speak to one of your collegues who will do for you from nepal,tell them to go there ..fill the application forms (u have to give details for that form), they need PP photo graph..send them visa email. tell them to pay and ask for actual date of reciept. i hope new building (kirtipur jane baato maa) entry garda...just left corner ko first building ko downstairs maa he can get n submit the form.
