You ARE ELGIBLE FOR EE!!!

I was shock that I did not know about this until my friend told me that the list of occupations have been abolished and that every occupation is considered now for FSW EE Stream as well as CEC Stream.

As Live-In Care giver, we already have the LMIA which automatically give us 600 points. For those of us who do have experience as practical nurse or similar care giver experience (must be this category to match with NOC for LMIA), you are automatically qualified for EE and will be selected in the next draw with very high chance. Since this is the requirements we obtained earlier before getting our visa, everyone should be eligible!

Please do not overlook this opportunity, why wait 6 years in Live-in care givers stream when you can get EE PR in 6 months! I am lodging my application today, hopefully this will end the long journey for PR!

1. One problem with your statement, Live In Caregiver is NOC 4411, is Level C. For Express Entry it has to be NOC A, B or O.

That is the beauty of it, most live in care giver has experience as nurse, we would need to apply as practical nurse which is equivalent to care giver but for nurses with diploma and above. Don't worry some of my friends already got 600. Suggest you check with your lawyer and apply asap

BUT TO APPLY AS PRACTICAL NURSE YOU NEED TO HAVE LISCENCE...THEN ALSO YOUR NOC CODE ON LMIA SHOULD BE PRACTICAL NURSE...THEN ONLY YOU CAN APPLY...

You can't apply as a nurse and then try to get 600 points off an LMIA for a different occupation...

Im a nurse but not in Canada. Would want to apply as a caregiver instead since it will be hard for me to apply S a nurse and even as a practical nurse. is that possible?
