I don't know if is cause the officer that has our cases is overloaded with Work
Or what.. but 7 months after medical should be prenty time (in my cases is 9
Months after medical received) to take a desicion ..I know we are not the only cases in ottawa but the sistem that they use for background check need improvement
I hope our cases move forward soon ...

AOR and medical April 27th 2012
Document request (new police certif)feb1 2013
They received march 6th 2013
They still working on background checks....

Cause 2013 cases start after processing after this date... Any one heard this ???

Dear juan74, I ordered notes, so far nothing started yet

Medicals = Pending
Eligibility = Pending
Security = In Process
Criminality = Pending

Eligibility still pending ? ??? I believe by now your eligibility should have been passed. I doubt if the notes provide accurate statuses.

Yahoo 7 ...unfortunately I don't remember the topic ...but someone mentioned ..all the cases from 2012 that are in the last step should be done by may 13th 2013 ...but is a comment ..nothing confirmed ..that why I am asking if someone have been heard that??!!!

How could they knock out (finish) all the 2012 apps by May, when August apps just started receiving MRs. This information seems quite inaccurate. Logistically, it would be impossible for them to process thousands of applications that fast. Unless, they redistributed work amongst other intake/processing centres. There was a mention that CIO did a part of the screening recently. But, this is all speculation and highly debatable.

did you complete your medicals?

Otherwise write an email to CPP-O qouting your file number and asking for the status of the application.

Eligibility not started due date 4/4/2013
Medical passed
Criminality in process due date 4/4/2013
Security not started due date 4/4/2013
Nothing happened on 4/4/2013
Caips note was issue before they request me new police certificates

Ppc request feb/1/2013
I just ordered another set of caips note to see what is new ......

October 10th they answered
Application on process no further information is needed in this moment bla bla bla..
Nothing till february 1 when they requested new ppc

OK, got it.

Did you travel extensively, more countries more time is required for background and security clearance.

They sent me AOR and medical request together ..in a perfect world they have to start the background checks right away after received my medicals (in my case) so since jun 2012 to march 2013
9 months waiting after medical !!!!!!!
