i am on 414, with IELTS 6.5 and 1CWE.
I am gonna give the test again.
The additional 30 points wouldn't make much difference to me.
Besides, just hope that provinces like Ontario will not increase their cut-off. If they do, many of us are screwed.

After EE, many students left Canada as their work permit were expiring and no invitations, these people are now paying off their loans in INR and what not.
FSWP people think it's easy for INT STDs here in Canada. But many of them doesnt acknowledge the fact that once you graduate, you not necessarily get a job right away. I have friends who got a job after 12 months of graduations.
414 without bonus?

I don't know about the study conditions as I didn't study there but the masters bit at the top is about changing the wording in the Crs calculator as before it wasn't clear and as for the CEC thing, again, not sure.

No no the calculator is not working. It shows that we get 0 in study or sometime 0 in language even after entering correct data in it.

I am an international student currently in PhD program and have been in Canada for more than 2 years. It seems no points for me in the new changes to express entry. I applied under FSW program and have 451 points.

well, I am also not that technical from immigration point of view. However, the no additional points condition for the international students are very clear. If they have got the scholarship and there was a condition that they would return back to their country, then the additional points will not be awarded.

Also, ESL means...english as a second language.

However, the first two bullet points in the beginning are also confusing to me. But, I do feel that those two will have significant impact on our numbering.
