I m on h1b visa in the u.s.a l have 5 plus work experience as a systems engineer for lithium-ion battery, l have a Bachelor degree in electrical/electronic engineering and working on my master degree in electric-drive engineering. Here are my language test results:

TEF: speaking 441, reading 231, listening 269, writing 390
IELTS: speaking 7.5, reading 6.5, listening 5.5, writing 6.0
l submitted Entry Express today and it said l was accepted, but my overall score is only 358, l do not have a job offer.
I have registered to the job bank website, but don't know what to do next.

Apply for OINP french skilled worker stream. You should receive PT of interest from them if you meet their criteria.

It doesn't. But getting the h1b normally correlates with having express entry scores. Such as having a master's degree, 3 years of workex, less than 30 years of age.

Can I please ask, why are you planning to move to Canada.

Not sure about Sasketchwen in particular. You maybe able to use NOC 4012 to get additional years of work experience as a research/teaching assistant.

i hav doubts regarding PCC clearance for L2 visa for USA
2. does PCC from Passport Seva Kendra work as it works for Canadian PR???
3. the present permanent address on my passport is different from my correspondence address and my permanent address house is likely to get sold next week(deal is finalized), do i need to get the address changed on my passport as well or should i wait for the visa stamping to be done and then change???my visa stamping could be due any time in another 10-15 days.
3. do we need to show our pan card details as well for L2 visa???

H1b won't be scrapped but they'll make it harder for companies like TCS to abuse the system. Which means minimum wages will go up and additional red tape around granting H1b will be initiated. In the worst case, they might even institute per country quotas.
