All friends applied for work permit under Intra-Company Transfee in India

Hi Friends.

I am also on the same situation... I had applied for work permit at CHC New Delhi through VFS Bengaluru on 18 Aug, got reply from CHC for medicals on 1 Sep. We re-submitted the passports back after medical examination on 08 Sep and it reached the CHC New Delhi on 9 Sep. Medical exam reports also have reached. I check the status everyday and the status of my passports is still "Under processing". Actually I have applied for work permit and my family for dependent Visa. Can anyone please suggest me how much more time would it take, its already 10 working days??? I was informed as 5 working days...!

we submitted all the stuff at one go .. medicals and the papers .. but still it says processing. My spouse is employed in a western country and he is stuck as the passports are with the embassy .. and there is no sign of they giving any decision. Its really an anxious wait .. any chance that the visa be rejected ? that's the only thing that is coming up in the mind . or else why would they take so long to evaluate ?

any rejections ??

If the medicals are requested then it means everything is fine from documentation. You will get visa very soon. be cool

for me it took 5 working days

the most frustrating thing is the waiting period .. i am not really sure what they have to decipher .. its been over 3 weeks and there is no information other than that its being processed. i work for a big IT company and the client is really looking for me to come down to canada but all are just helpless and waiting for the visa .. its really sickening but have to bare the whole brunt.

Same thing with me too "starbuck".... Actually I had to join the job at Canada starting 3rd October, but I have no idea what is going to be next. Off course I have a reason, but the waiting time is really difficult. Nonetheless, lets hope to get the Visa soon.... its time to be patient..

i have applied for provincial nominee work permit on 22nd sept, havent heard since, not even for medicals, not sure whats going on there, my consultant told me , they will take min 3 to 4 week for the first communication. its really frustrating.

I had just checked with my spouse's office .. they have mentioned we can recall both the applications as its not possible to recall only 1 application ? this is very frustrating . i was planning to send a mail to say that my spouses vacation is coming to an end and so can you please take a decision ..
