Hello, I am not 100% sure on what this means.

Details: I am a Canadian citizen sponsoring my Australian common law partner. We both are currently living in Australia with no dependent children.

Does my Australian common law partner (principal applicant) need to have his (family) mother, father, brother, and sister get a medical exam as well as him?

Also it says on the form IMM5406 "The following person(s) must fill out their own copy of this form: You (the principal applicant), any of your family member 18 years of age or older."

Does this mean his (family) mother, father, brother, and sister need to fill it out?

Thank you!

No. Family members refers to their dependents only.

Thank you!

Another quick question if you know...?

For the financial support section, since he is my common law partner and I am living outside of Canada do I still need to provide a detailed explanation on how I will be supporting him? Or can I just submit my most recent tax (option C) document?

Thank you!
