Mine got all 4 completed on September 7th and there are still no updates. Apparently, it can take up to around 3 months, especially if your VO is the one in Ottawa. But it might come sooner, you never know with Canada )

I have heard you should receive an email in about a week to send some personal information and that would mean you have COPR and then need to apply for the PR card.

Hi I am in the same situation
all stages completed on 29 may 2023 on tracker but no reply thereafter, called them 3 times but the same generic reply.. you have to wait every thing is passed.. wait for final decision. My primary VO is Ottawa and secondary VO is Sydney (Australia).
