Any guesses folks, what might be causing this hold up, when everything is complete. I thought it might have to do with the elections, but it's been a while since then too. Annual immigration target is not that bad to have filled this early too. It's getting super frustrating now. I've been pinging them every week, requested GCMS notes, raising webform every week as well, but nothing is working. Also, is it me or all kinds of updates in general have slowed down as well, looking at social media groups and online forums.

It isn't going to impact your processing timeline. The overall PR volume is down (as ITAs are less), the queue of landing theory feels realistic (that most applicants are queued to be issued FD/RFVs/P1s/etc to match PR targets).

It is a different era in Canadian immigration tbh. So, we don't know what to expect right now.
