All completed - No PPR yet

I have everything completed on pr tracker as of 24 October. But I do not have final decision yet. Anyone experienced?

Sorry I am not sure what is p1 .. I’m Outland application, but I have final decision on 29 and copr# reflected on 30Oct. Waiting for PPR. Hope to get it soon

Primary VO- Ottawa IR (New Delhi as PA- home country India and confirmed with IRCC on call)
Secondary VO- Centralized Intake Office

There was no dependent. But for Primary Applicant, background check completed as first stage and then the eligibility then later FD, PPR.
