In case of any query contact our Help lines at 0120-6613766 between 0800 hrs to 1200 hrs and 1300 hrs to 1600 hrs Monday to Friday (except holidays)

So i went to VFS office to collect bt they said its not arrived n wait for end of month if visa has been processed why this long ? my friend got his in 3 days and he got no other email asking him to pick up passport.

i tried to call the helpline number bt not working even gave singapore code 0065 still

does it really take that long to get visa after being processed n does anyone knoe how to call them

I submitted my application on 27th June 2012 at VFS, Dhaka. I have applied for 1 year PG certificate course in a college at Ontario. No medical call yet, pretty worried about the decision and upcoming future. So far an update from others: college applicants often face delay/ refusal problem with respect to university applicants.

However, My tracker says: Passport received at High Commission of Canada, Singapore, , Pin:******, Tel: on 04/07/2012 and is under processing.

Fingers crossed. Pray for me guys.

It might take a little longer than others. but hopefully you will get it!!

Sid... It does take a bit of time as I faced it too... The tracker is usually updated on mondays and thursdays!!

I applied for student visa on 12 July and application was received on 18 July, which is under processing now. Could any one please tell me whether it is wrong to submit the property deeds without CA Firm Assessment. Because I submitted only the notarized property deeds to VFS while applying for visa. So, will it be a problem? I look forward to get a reply. Thank you. :-X

My tracker shows my passport is in transit after the medicals for 15days now! (Since 4th July). Do they update on the tracker when passport reaches SG after resubmition? I went to VFS and these people dont seem to know too much here in the Sylhet office. Feeling tensed n wondering if theyve lost my passpoet?! :'(

yes....they do.....my one took 10 days to reach SG....

Hi guys, just today at 6 i got email to collect my passport. I found out the passport actually came at 11 but they emailed me at 6 now whole weekend got to wait at whole after calculating it took 32 days for the papers to arrive. Is that the normal length of time needed considering its a yes .............. really tensed now. Keep me in yours prayers

umm ... why aren't the email notifications working? should i be able to see when the medicals have reached phillipines/singapore ? im sorry im a little tense since im buying the tickets now .... ive re-submitted my passport and did the medicals at 17th .... based on the average times, how long should i have to wait?

Same question also mine. Translated and notarized deeds submitted. Any problem will occur if not done the CA firm assessment of the property deed?
