Dear Visa Officer,
I, ............. bearing passport number XXXXXXXXX and Application no. XXXXXXXX had applied for the Canadian study permit on _______ from the Visa application center in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Yesterday, I completed the medical examination as a part of my application process.
On ......date....... I submitted the originals of most of my personal and all of my educational documents to the Visa application center authority and some of those documents are non-replicable. I also submit the photocopies of all of my non-replaceable original documents along with my application package.
The list of the original non-replaceable documents that I provided with my application package and which I'll need in future is given bellow (A total of 13 original documents):
1. Original copy of my birth certificate (1 document)
2. Original copy of my police clearance certificate (1 document)
3. Original copies of my university acceptance letters and scholarship document (3 documents)
4. Original documents of my accommodation confirmation with payment receipt (1 document)
5. IELTS result (1 document)
6. Original Educational documents (Secondary and Higher secondary exams certificates, Transcripts and testimonials) – A total of 6 original educational documents which issue once.
7. ..... If you have anything else.
Therefore, I kindly request you to return these non-replaceable original copies of my documents along with my application package as I'll need to present most of them to different authority in future and oblige thereby. I hope you'll understand my situation. Thank you in advance for your kind consideration.

Thanks man! But im not too sure yet, how to get my documents back. Some say they send them back on their own, and some say an application letter has to be sent. What did u do? Did u get all documents back, all originals or did they return the entire set of docs that u submitted?

Bro, don't be tense , just make an application like mine one given as a sample and submit it to vfs with your application and then after the issuance of VISA they will return everything, they did return my every single piece of docs even my affidavit and bank statements too. They are really helpful. SG Embassy rocks with no rejection so far

I have two question ...

- which one is the 'Application no. XXXXXXXX' ??? you mean 'DHAK/******/****' ??
if yes then which one? the 1st submission no or the re-submission no ??

- Is that a handwritten application or simply we can write on computer & print? ???
