Is it my current home address that I need to put on the sticker?

you can get it in stationary shops.
You have to give complete photocopy first to last and for the old one you can give only pages with visa.

yes, The mail comes from vfs telling that your passport have been dispatched.

Guys, Two quick questions?

1. Do we really need the self addressed adhesive labels? If VFS is processing our application I thought the singapore high commission will send any documents to VFS if required. where can we get the sticky paper?

2. In terms of copy of passport I was going to give them copy of my both old and new passport showing personal details and UK visa (I used to live in UK before). But someone from VFS chittagong told me that I need to provide a complete copy of my new passport (including the empty pages) and as well as part of the old passport (excluding empty pages). Is this true?

1. If u apply through VFS then no adhesive labels will be needed. VFS will manage it.

2. U have to submit photocopy of all pages including cover page of ur new passport and only written pages of ur old one. U can notarize them as well, but not mandatory.

Hello!!!

Applied in Saint Mary's for pursuing IDS (2yrs program) for Sep 2013 intake and got an offer with scholarship (70% for year 1).

Since I'm new here therefore m sharing my details here, so that I can have some idea from you people.

Applied for visa (VFS-Dhaka) and here is my status -

Application received: 12.04.13
Medical call email: 25.04.13
Medical done (Dr. Wahab): 04.05.13
Passport Submitted: 05.05.13

Now waiting..... 'cause it's "Under processing"

In terms of providing a passport copy I am scanning the passport and then colour printing it just to make it look a bit more nicer and original. In fact most of the documents I am providing is scanned and color printed and notarized only the academic ones. I think it will be fine to provide a color copy of passport without notarizing it as they will be asking for the original later on anyway.

Btw I did my Bachelors in EEE in UK and also my father has electrical construction business. He has 1st class license from both Bangladesh PDB(Power Development Board) and REB(Rural Electrification Board). So I was wondering whether it would be wise to mention in study plan that after completing my postgrad inTechnology Management I would like to join my father's business to expand it and carry it forward. This might help to convince the visa officer that I have strong family and soci-economic ties in Bangladesh. What do you guys say?
