Details of your itinerary in Canada: provisional travel arrangements (airline and/or hotel booking)
We
Well, you don't need visa to get itinerary. You can get it by going to travel agent and if you previouly known him then they will give it free.or you can get it online too.
but for hotel you need to book with money.
And , should he apply for the visa WHEN I submit my passport , or he can apply later too ? Which one is preferred ?
Whenever you want. But Visit visa processing time is now around 25 days + transit time.
• Evidence of assets in country residence (e.g. property ownership, proof of pension, investments, etc.)
How is he supposed to show it ? He has the property ownership for all his assets , but Does he have to prepare any affidavit ( similar to the one he submitted stating all his assets when I submitted the visa) ?
No, he doesn't need to do that. He can just show property evaluation done by Chartered Accountant.
Should He write a letter to the VO explaining why he is applying for the visitor visa ?
He can but I don't think it is in the checklist and its necessary.
Should he submit my birth certificate along with his documents to prove I'm his daughter ?
Yes, he can. But I don't think visitor visa is related to your study permit. So he doesn't need to.But if there is some sort of question like will he accompany anyone going to canada then yes.
Does he have to submit my acceptance letters and scholarship offers too ?
No.
Any additional documents that should be submitted ?
See the website cic.gc.ca you will get what you need
