Dont worry... only bio pages nd the pages which suffix visa (s) should b included. No need to upload the blank pages for eAPR purpose. However, there was strict rule to provide all the pages of the passport for the Ontario immigration program which is not the case for eAPR. Hope it wil relief ur tension. Gud luck.. :-)

Thank you very much.

Hello Everyone,

I have a question regarding Police Clearance Certificate. My Permanent Address is in Dhaka. In past 10 years, I have lived in two different locations in Dhaka (both are different from my permanent address and under different police stations). My questions is:

- Do I need to take two PCC for the two areas I have lived or should I take PCC just from my permanent address?

Thanks.

I do not think it is necessary at all. if the local police of your permanent residence area needs to know any record about you, they can collect it from police station of the areas where you lived. One PCC is required for one country.

Thanks for the advice! So I should take PCC from my permanent address and that would suffice. But how do I mention in the DMP application that I need PCC from the police station of my permanent address? I am asking this because in 2011 I applied for a PCC in DMP HQ and it was issued by my present address police station although my permanent address was mentioned both in passport and application. Is there any way to mention that I need PCC from my permanent address Police Station?

Or is it regardless of which police station is issuing it, a PCC from either my present address or permanent address would satisfy CIC requirement? (as you've mentioned One PCC for Once Country)

Sorry for repeating but still confused :-[

Bhaiya,

Please go through the above links. Both mentions clearly that either of your present of permanent address (of passport) must fall under DMP jurisdiction.

If neither fall under DMP, you need to apply for PCC from your local thana's police station. One of my colleagues had to collect it from Chandpur.

Hope this helps.

Did any EE candidate from Bangladesh receive PPR?

I am waiting for mine.

Hi,

My bank didn't provide me the portfolio summary as required by CIC. Event they don't provide average amount. I submitted LOE and made summary by own. I provided Bank certificate, bank statement, loan clearance certificate, credit card statement individually.

Do you think it will be accepted by CIC?

Tanvir Bhai, need your help for digital photo upload. I have prepared a jpg image of 50mmx70mm. In the instruction guide, it was mentioned to provide two identical and unaltered photographs.I am not clear about this. Do I need to upload two photo in one jpg? Please tell me whatu did in your case?

Thank you very much for your time and answer. As my both addresses are in Dhaka, so I will have to collect it from DMP. I will check with them to see if it can be done by my permanent address police station.

Hi,

CIC requested Schedule 4 & 4A. I understand the Schedule 4 and the form 4A not applicable for me. May be I need to submit a LOE for 4A. Should I need to submit anymore document with Schedule 4 & 4A?

Please suggest!

hello everybody,

i just got ITA in the latest draw under Express Entry system and is now really excited about it. However, i have a couple of questions in my mind. I will really appreciate if anybody can help me with those:

1. If get to canada, how long do i and my family need to stay there to keep our permanent residency?
2. I have some bank loans and credit cards. Do I have to pay those out before i take my bank solvency report from by bank?
3. Is tax payment a consideration?

1. 2 years.
FYI: Time spent living in Canada
When you are a permanent resident, you can live outside of Canada, but must live in Canada for at least two years in a five-year period. If you live outside of Canada for longer, you may lose your permanent resident status.

For more information on how long you have to live in Canada, see Appendix A: Residency obligation of the PR card application package.
Ref: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/newcomers/about-pr.asp

2. Why you want to show CIC your loan info? If your bank can issue bank letter and statement without mentioning your loan, no need show your loan.

3. Tax doesn't matter here. PA should show in his account that he/she has enough money that CIC requires..and the money is in your account for 6 month. Last 6 month Average Balance will show that there is no big transaction last 6 months. If you have any big transfer to your account, you must prove that the money is your legal and own money, NOT LOAN.
