MY CRS is 407, and My NOC is 4163

I got PT Notification on 4 Dec 2015.

I am currently preparing my application package. I am stating my long-time neighbor as my Social Connection who is a Canadian Citizen and resided in Ontario since 1996. Do you think this will suffice?

Reading - 7.5 = CLB - 9
Writing - 6.5 = CLB - 8
Listening - 7.5 = CLB - 8
Speaking - 7 = CLB - 9

Overall CLB Level is 8. You need CLB level 7 to apply. Certainly you can apply with this score.

Have you assessed your educational credentials by authorized institute in Canada? You will get the Canadian Equivalence of your education once you finish your Education Credentials Assessment (ECA).
