Hi

I already have posted in a different topic. Will appreciate if anyone can help.

I am having problem to choose my NOC.I mean my Designation can be found but the issue is with my responsibilities. They don't match with my position.

Can anyone tell how to determine if they don't match main responsibilities? Also my department is half Technical and half Business Related, it is a combination hard to find.
My job is similar to this "0131 Telecommunication Carriers Managers" but I am not a manager I am Telecom System Engineer. Also my experience is only 3 years.

Is there any solution? Should I mail to Noc queries? Also what is their email address? If someone is kind enough to let me know as I can’t open my application without it.

Thank you in advance for the help.

Kind Regards

Job designation doesn't matter. They match the job responsibilities. Therefore, go for the NOC which got the highest job duties similarity with yours. As far as I know you need to have 60% match.

Hi

Thank you for your quick reply.

But I am not a Manager. The year of experience is only 3 years. The criteria in this particular NOC is said to have several years of Experience as Manager which I don't have. Also my company might not give me an experience letter with writing that Designation.

I know I should pick the one 2147 but the responsibilities barely match maybe 40% whereas the 0131 it matches 80% or more except for the experience one.

I am so confused and worried which one to pick. Please help Brother.

Hi Experts,

I have a query regarding employment history. I have recently moved to a new job and I dont want to show this new job in my PR application.

Is it ok if I only show my previous work experiences and not show the latest one? Do I need to include my new job in my EE profile, under Employment History or Personal Activities if I am not claimiing points for it? Or just keep the period as "Unemployed".

Please suggest. Thanks

You will need to submit proof of employment only for the job experience that you are claiming points for. Only up to 3 years of job experience outside Canada is eligible for points. If your old employment experience is of at least 3 years and matches your NOC, you may list your new job without worrying about providing any new employment reference letter.

Guys, great news! The mystery of the "Replacement Needed" upload button in MyCic account after getting PPR has now been solved.

After searching for over a week and discussing with many fellow applicants with same situation, we were able to make a ground breaking discovery in the DEC AOR WhatsApp group.

It turns out this field is only applicable for the applicants who are from Visa Exempted Nation. Such applicants do not have to send the physical copy of their passport to their designated Visa office. They can simply upload them to their MyCic account. The applicants who are not from Visa Exempted nation such as myself, need to send the physical copy of their passport to the Visa office. This is why my PPR letter said it in red text not to upload photo and passport.

One of the WhatsApp group members shared his PPR letter from LVO, which had the exact clue that we have been looking for. SGVO was more direct on the instruction rather than explaining it.

Therefore, case is closed. Those who are from Visa Exempted nation can now simply ignore the replacement needed field and relax soon after you send the physical copy of your passport to your designated Visa office.

Thank you everyone who participated in the discussion process and helped to reach a conclusion.

My Savings Certificate (Sanchaypatra) was from Gulshan Post office, Dhaka. I had liquidated it into cash and deposited into my bank account when I applied for Nomination from Ontario. As a source of this cash, I had submitted a translated and notarized copy of the Sanchaypatra. I am not sure if you need to go through the same trouble for e-Apr but Ontario was very strict on source of funds.

I had good experience at Dr. Wahab, but I would suggest to be their at 8am in the morning to avoid being in the queue for a long time. It takes about an hour or so to complete the exam and collect the paper. You will not receive the result of the test. Dr. Wahab will upload it directly to IRCC. All you have to is upload the paper that you will get from there as your medical examination document. Typically, your profile will be updated with your medical examination status (pass/fail) within 2 weeks or so (sometimes it takes longer).

Your Bank certificate and Bank Statement should work fine. You do not have to mention average balance in the solvency certificate.

This is what I did when I submitted my application for OINP, but by the time I had submitted my e-Apr, my funds was more than 1 year old.
You may provide a translated and notarized copy of the Sanchaypatra to be on the safe side.

Get the letter from your Father as well the photocopy. Explain everything in the LOE. You should be fine. They may accept the proof of funds only with bank statement and bank solvency certificate, but it would be good idea to explain everything upfront so that your application process does not get delayed.

Thank you in advance for answering.

It's fine if you have photocopy. You can use that copy to translate and notarized. IMHO only letter of explanation should be fine, but the photocopy and the translated notarized copy will work as supporting document (they are not mandatory).

Yes, my bank solvency certificate only mentioned the balance on the day the letter was issued. It's fine if it's issue 10 or 12 days prior to e-Apr submission.
