I got my nomination from Saskatchewan EE on 4th Sept. I feel very lucky. I got it in 86 days after submission and 65 days after in Process. No documents asked to resubmit. It was really important for me to get ITA. Now my current score is 992 sooo.. at last.... the next draw is mine

No. It's said on CIC website that you should do it after ITA. Are you in Bangladesh now? Where would you plan to go for medical?

You need to score min 60 out of 100 according to their rules. It's easy if you already have a express entry profile. Just need to make sure that your job cat/noc is in demand in there province and does not need any license (it takes 1 year to take a license).

There are two categories for without job offer:
1. International Skilled Worker - Saskatchewan Express Entry Sub-Category [Details: www .economy.gov.sk.ca/immigration/appguide-sk-express-entry ] - This cat is now closed and would expect to open in next year June 2016

2. International Skilled Worker - Occupations In-Demand Sub-Category [ Details: www .economy.gov.sk.ca/immigration/appguide-skilled-worker-in-demand ] -This cat is now closed and would expect to open in next year January 2016

I applied under 1. You should prepare yourself for the next opening of cat 2 in January if you wish.

Why Not!! I am the example I am outside of Canada and lucky one ;D
All the matters that you need to have the exact qualification matches to their requirements. In this year, many people got pnp outside of canada like from Ontario, Nova Scotia, Saskatchewan, NB, PEI but BC and Alberta didn't open for all

Bro, how can I pay fee after getting ITA? Is it possible to pay using debit card of my wife. She is doing her M.Sc. in Canada now and has account with Scotia bank. or any direct online bank payment?

I guess you haven't submitted your PR application yet. Once you complete all questioner and upload all required documents there will be an option to pay application fees also you can pay RPRF in advance. The payment method it should be by credit card (I am not sure if they accept debit) most probably not. TD bank has a debit visa, I am not sure about Scotia bank, never had account with Scotia bank. Does she has credit card , that's would be easier.
