hi,
you need to score 67 points to be eligible for federal skilled worker category.
since you are unmarried, and have only 2 years work experience, i dont think you can manage 67 points unless u have relative in canada.
go through following "self assessment test" to find out whether you are eligible or not:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assess/index.asp

I know personally 4 applicant of singapore --1 October applicant 1 march applicant 2 april applicant whose address disappeared

dear dr raziel, with an MBBS degree+ 2 yrs experience you will not have the required points at this time unless you have a close relative in Canada and you get the maximum points from IELTS

I am applicant of 2007. How my IELTS score will determine?

Is it as per old scoring system or new system?

As per old system, applicant need to obtain 7 to each section to get maximum points. Whereas new system allow applicant to get 4 points for 6.5 in each section except listening where 7.5 need to get to score 4 points.

Any idea?
