Hi All Active Member,

Is there any one who get frustrated being late of the process and applied CAIPS?? Because this is only way to know the status of our file.

I am asking because I have applied for my CAIPS on 27th April 2011 and don't know how long it will take to receive the my CAIPS note for my application. So would appreciate if anyone had experience regarding CAIPS duration and share with me(which will help for others member also).

Usually it takes 45 to 55 days depending on work loads. I have ordered 35 days before. I will notify you when I will get.

It would be really great if you share your CAIPS details in this forum. It will surely provide a generalized idea what gonna happen in the near future.

Jahangir,

CAIPS can be delayed for legal reasons, sometimes CIC dealays releasing CAIPS notes for legal bindings, we dont know if those bindings are good or bad. Which farm you used to order your CAIPS? wait for 45 days at least, then email the person of your CAIPS handling farm.

other forum members are getting MR because CIC has not found many fraud cases in those countries as they found in terms of applicants of CHC Singapore upon their site visit a few months ago.

Apparently NOC 0213 is Currently unwated by Canadians. More than enough IT professionals have sneaked into Canada and have not been able to show a minimum performance that Canada wanted. The situation is worst for Bangladeshis as I have received the verbal information from my friends, relatives and colleagues. Many has poor English proficiency and weaker understanding in Canadian accent which is proved to be a big factor while they search for jobs. Remember, Canada poses highest quality in hiring skilled people for their job fields. Where Indians and Pakistanis performed above 70, Bangladeshis could merely score 30-40. Kind of platform Indians and Pakistanis have in IT is rarely seen in Bangladesh and this is depicted by the Bangladeshi migrants in Canada.

Having English proficiency of tosher who got above 6.0 creates big controversy about IELTS quality in Bangladesh and people of these sort cant contribute anything significant to Canadian workforce that Canada really wanted, eventually resulting in CIC to create blockade in issuing MR's.

if I were the legislators of CIC, I'd introduce TOEFL for language testing instead of IELTs which has large holes in its system. I have already uttered the name of the member who is the ideal example of it !!

I agree with you, CHC Singapore has not issued any MR in the last 5-6 months except a few. Those NOC's are Crane operators, Nurses, Plumbers etc. Bangladeshi educated families never send their kids to plumbing, nursing, industrial mechanical schools. all them are into Bachelor of Business Administration, Engineering, English literature, Electrical Engineering. I wonder, Bangladesh imports all of its large Electrical instruments from abroad, hires experts from abroad. where would these so many Electrical engineers and Business degree holders fit it? Ridiculous !

I don't think Mr. Tosher is an ideal example because he has secured 5.0 in writing, 5.5 in L & R module, 7.0 in speaking. Band score becomes 6.0 with the advantage of round (5.75) function of mathematics. Hence, you can't put him in above 6.0 category but you can drag him between 5.0 to 5.5 because his scores in three module are in this range. Moreover, he writes in this forum very negligently. It seems that he is speaking but not writing. Audio reply would be more better for us from him.

I agree with you but there are some problem with IBT (Internet Based TOEFL) also. Most of the centers in the developing countries are not capable to give smooth operation. It's a very common scenario that server crashes frequently, internet interrupts, PC become hang at any stage, etc. Finally, capturing feasible exam dates and desired centers requires 2 to 3 months advanced booking which will increase dramatically if immigration applicants are included. If you go for paper based TOEFL then I think there will be almost no difference with IELTS.

Great to know that you already submitted your PP on March and you should be happy for this because there are lots of candidate who are waiting for their IN PROCESS status OR Medical Request event few of them are applied before your application.

For you kind information that last couple of months it seems very slow process for any new VISA or even any kind of Medical Request. I am not demotivated you. We all forum members are hoping and wishing for you (to get your PP with PR visa)..

YES, some post june applicants(filed in aug & sep 2010) from Singapore VO got MR. 1 of them even got passport request

No never.
Self application sent is best. But those persones who r ready to pay 3000-4000 USD and espect a confirmation of PR & also can think that If I get Visa Then I will pay 3000-4000- USD it's symple. For those people it's ok to apply through consultatns.

May i know why your COnsultant kept your file number secret from you?
you r paying him, so you have every right to check your status.
