Singapore VO will NEVER send any MR or documents request BY EMAIL! It is considered as insecure mode of communication in the Ops Bulletin. They will only send by normal/registered mail and after the deadline passed, will make a PHONE CALL to confirm only (by law they have to have at least perform due diligence through second check, only secure method of communication is phone and mail). The email you provided in the form is only for their reply when they receive an email from you that match that account, they will not initiate a communication through email on important matters such as MR

In my agent that deal with nearly 320 applicants to Singapore VO since 2010, not a single one get MR!

I have got the e mail today Evening . With in few days They will send it through Coureer.

I am totally surprised..Singapore VO never send applicants medical/further docs request by email. Usually they send letters by ordinary/registered post not by courier :
By the way, as you are using agent (south-east), all communication must be sent to your agent's address not to you..

in the casses of Consulting firms VO deal with lawers then lawers deal with Consultants. Usally When MR Issues
particular lawer get the MR from VO and he send email to Consultant. In that e mail he mention further requirments as well as mention that you will get ur MR by coureer with in few days. This is the proces for Consultants casses.

particular lawer get the MR from VO and he send email to Consultant. In that e mail he mention further requirments as well as mention that you will get ur MR by coureer with in few days. This is the proces for Consultants casses.

You do not need to hire an immigration consultant. It is up to you. Your application will not be given special attention or guaranteed approval if you use a consultant.

Several consultants make link with different Lawers.
Actualy consultants procedures r totally different than self process.
That's my experience.We just do as per consultans advice

Would appreciate if you could explain 'What is the difference between consultants procedures & self process?'. Note that I have applied by myself not by any consultant. So interested to know consultants procedures also.
