Service of SOuth east is very expensive. Few friends of mine have been exploited by them. you can apply by yourself,
by the way, currently your total point is below 67:

• Educational Qualification (10+3 diploma in engineering)= 13 years --- 15 points
• Working experience =08 years on Industrial Electronics.-------- 21 points
• highest points for IELTS(L-7.5, R-6.5,W-6.5,S-6.5) is 16
• Age=28------ 10 points
• wife's Education 10+02+03 ( Degree) =15 years-------4 points

Total : 66

you are not eligible

Thanks Katoky, Dr. Hasib and arif2095!
now I'm thinking whether to fax, or post the docs again...or do I email them asking whether they need me to send these docs, or if they received it already. Sorry everyone for acting so confused :'(

Dear jnathan,

FYI

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/full-documents-sent-in-august-or-september-2010-fsw-t49070.0.html;msg714794#msg714794

CHC London becomes slow after inclusion of Pakis from April 2010. They are the slowest at this moment. Here, we are concern about Singapore Office. Waiting time 8-10 months or more after In Process status is not for majority of the applicants. Since, you might have claim additional bonus points from relative or other factor and become victim because these things prolong the processing time if they ask additional docs for relatives. From late November 2010, Singapore VO become torpid and you are in stuck at what you were in the last seven months. Majority of this forum members from Singapore office who got IN Process during September/October 2010 and who were not asked additional papers got MR and some of them already got visa stumped. If you forgot then you can read this thread from start to end.

I second prince56k. processing time of london VO and singapore VO will never be the same
By the way jnathan, you have been asked to submit additional papers after your application placed under processing, right?
If yes, then the reason behind the delay of receiving MR is very clear

prince

look at my posts: a staggering number !!
Pakistanis were just about a quarter the number of cases CHC London is currently dealing with.
CHC London is dealing with papers for many Indians as well, they are also halted at the moment.

CHC Singapore has much less quota than CHC London and this quota has recently been reduced to 7500 for the year 2011. I did provide them with the additional papers they wanted and recently I got a letter from CHC Singapore telling me to wait for around 2 years. look at NGE, Rafin and others. swapno, imu, idas and some others got the visa as they probably didnt have relatives in Canada or they didnt need to send additional documents.

I had started reading this thread from the very 1st post. You'd find my posts from 1-4 pages of this thread. Start counting, you'll end up in ICDDRB.

Dear,
I thought, If I had any blood relative in canada at least I could claim some numbers/points for that reason. But, after claiming the points for any relative if I had to wait another 2 year like you, then sorry to say, without any relatives is better rather than claiming extra point.

Dear jnathan,

So, sorry to hear that you have been advised to have a snap for two years!!
How can they do that because you might be in the front side of In Process queue when they will open for 2012 quota.

Anyway, I will consult with ICDDRB if they can invent some sleeping pill for exactly two years :)

srana

I got no clue why CIC wants us to provide documents of our relatives, they are like CIA secret agents as we never know their identity yet they are deciding on our fates. They have access to all sorts of data from Canadian authorities. yet, they are asking and making the processing delayed. There is no doubt that This system is deliberately being paused by the VO's.
