ECA for spouse is not mandatory. However, if you want to claim points for her education then you will have to get the her ECA too.

Ok understood.

Now my question reharding ECA.

I have MSc. So should I ECA only for MSc or should I verify with ECA all previous degree i.e. BSc, SSC, HSC ?

আসসালামু আলাইকুম,
You need to ECA all certificates after HSC. (SSC/ HSC is not required)

Hi Forum

I am filling out forms to apply for a visitor visa for my parent. I am a bit confused on the family information form. I have found IMM5707E in CIC visitor Visa package, but there is no place to include brothers & sisters for the applicant.

Someone suggested me IMM5645E for the family information that has the place to include brothers and sister but this form is not included in the visitor visa package on CIC website.

Which one to use?

Please Suggest.

Dear Mr. SHSajib,

Please let us know your current immigration status. Is your parent applying for Tourist Visa only or Parent Super Visa. If your parent apply for Parent Super Visa then there is another Family information form called IMM5645E where applicant has to mention the names of their brothers and sisters. This form is applicable for Parent Super Visa.

Regards,

It seems like IMM5465 is not needed anymore for TRV/SuperVisa. CIC got rid of Section C (Brothers/Sisters Info) and made a newer form IMM5707 - Family Info.

Always follow what CIC states.

Forms for TRV/SuperVisa from Bangladesh: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/visa.asp?countrySelect=BD#applications

Thank you so much for your narrative reply.

I also prefer to follow CIC instruction and was filling out IMM5707 as well. The confusion raised up when somebody from Bangladesh got the visa couple of days ago by filling out IMM5645E.

Thanks again.

14 days for me.

Can a dependent spouse submit the passports instead of principal applicant? Does PA need to sign any form at VFS? Thanks in advance.

I guess you will get huge benefit if your driving license is 2 or 3 years old. You will not have to appear on G1 & G2 and will be able to appear on G test if you have such aged driving license from Bangladesh

As far as I know, as FSWP if you don't have CSQ issued by Qubec province, you cannot perform immigration formalities at YUL. Ofcourse you can land in as 'stopover', but you must proceed to an airport deemed as 'Port of Entry', ie. either YOW or YYZ via a connecting flight.
