Permanent Residence Visa is Valid for How many months?

PR VISA validity will be one year of medical date until you land. After landing you'll achieve PR status.
PR Status validity is for lifetime until you renounce. After PR status you'll achieve PR card.
PR Card validity is 5 years. After expiry, you can have a renewed one provided that you didn't achieved citizenship yet.

Can anyone pls share the applicable photo specification?

You need following papers for submitting PP

1. PPR request email copy
2. Photo copy of passport
3. Picture ( 2 copy of each member)
4. BDT 2764 for each member

Just received my passport request now with updated photographs request. I have done my medical on 16 nov. and they received my medical on 06th dec. and today I got PPR!! omg it's really shocking that sgvo is working in this much pace.. great. Anyway Thank u all. And those who r still waiting In Sha Allah good news r waiting for u all...

Dear All Brothers,
Just received my Passport Request email and ecas Update "Decision Made".

But the email saying "The processing of your application is almost complete, ................This letter is not a guarantee that a visa will be issued to you".

What does it mean? Brothers, plz advise. I am worried... as I have just 04 line updated..

2. We started processing your application on September 2, 2014.
3. We sent you correspondence on November 16, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible.
