Dear All:
Very sad to know that we got Inadmissible Family Members letter from VO, they asked to submit additional information within 60 days. FYI I have downs boy 9+ yrs old.
VO wrote
"Before I make a final decision, you have the opportunity to submit additional information that addresses any or all of the following:

The medical condition(s) identified
Social services required in Canada for the period indicated above
Your individualized plan to ensure that no excessive demand will be imposed on Canadian social services for the entire period indicated above and your signed Declaration of Ability and Intent.

You must provide any additional information within 60 days of the date of this letter. If you choose not to respond, I will make my decision based on the information before me, which may result in your application being refused."

Can you help me, how to prepare and what kind information we should put together?

Thanks Guys.

Hi,

From my personal understanding that you should provide your answer by proving that your 9+ yrs boy is not so disable that it will cause a burden on Canadian health and social services.

Or the other option is that you set up a fund that will take care of your son's needs.

Option 1, you may need a lot of specialist reports and option 2, you may need a lot of money.

You can go with an Attorney to prepare these whole process.

Meantime you may also visit CIC website to understand by yourself.

Wish you good luck.

Dear all,

Hi, I am from Bangladesh. I applied to the FSWP in 2014 and did my medical in November 2015. Yesterday I got email from Visa office at Manila to send my passport and photos within 5 days and also mentioned to enter Canada before 21st November 2016. Now I am in South Korea to attend an official training till 8th November. After going back to my country I have only 10 days to get visa, getting leave from office and so on which are quite impossible to me. In this situation what can I do?

Please give me your suggestions.

thanks

First you need to understand your situation.
If you can land within 21-Nov in CA then suggestion would be to take this opportunity to avoid further delay for your application.

Otherwise you can send your query to VO that you will be unable to land there before 21-NOv. In that case you need to re-medical because Medical is valid for 1 year time. And before expire your medical you need to land there.

Now choice is yours.

Cheers!

Without VISA / Masteracard / American Express (Must be International Credit Card), it is not possible to pay with the local debit cards?

Manage International Credit Card from your friends or relatives.

Must remember, before payment with the International Card you must open the International gateway of the Credit Card. Otherwise International payment is not possible with the International Credit Card.

Another thing to remember, International Card must have sufficient dollar endorsement.

Best of luck.

After long break I have got MR, PCC, Landing Fee, Schedule form & Proof of fund. Please prayer for me. What is next??

Next is preparing for your life in Canada. :D

Contact NextStopCanada.ca to ask for information about work and life in Canada and how to prepare for landing from the perspective of an immigrant. It is a Government of Canada funded program where the information specialists are immigrants who want to make sure they share their knowledge and resources with newcomers.

Best of luck!

I am sure we will see you in Canada soon.

You may try your luck with DBBL aswell. DBBL provides virtual card, using wch you can make online payment. To my knowledge they issue virtual card for educational purposes only, but try convincing them. Take the email printout and screenshot of the payment page.

Using a local currency card you cannot make online payment in CAD/USD or anyother foreign currency.

Hi Bro,

Shaha and Falam Bhai already given you the guideline through credit card payment procedure.

As you know that there is two ways you can pay your landing fee.

1. Online
2. Bank Draft.

For Bank draft Checklist:

(1) Instruction letter on RPRF from Visa office
(2) Medical Letter
(3) Medical completion pay slip/money receipt copy
(4) Original passport and photo copy
(5) Original Nikahnama copy
(6) Submitted Generic application copy
(7) Print of Landing fee mentioning on the CIC website.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/result.asp?countrySelect=BD&lob=rprf

To reduce hassle you may try to go on Gulshan 2 SCB branch not the main branch on Gulshan 1

Only SCB bank draft is accepted in Canadian high commission.

If you don't have SCB account then find a friend or relative who has account.
It also very simple and within a hour you can get bank draft.

Best of luck.

Can anyone response pls;

I have created MYCIC by GCkey.
At the end of link my application with MYCIC account, I have got notices like "Note: By linking your application to this account, you will now receive all messages and updates through this account."

1) Does this means, afterward they will not communicate me by E-mail?
2) If they require any further documentation then how they will communicate?
3) or I will not have any update through ECAS?

Hi,

I am bit confused that why you are getting late to receive your PR card as you landed there on April'16. You are there more than 6 months time whereas PR card need to issue to your address with 41~45 day now.

However, for your question answer is your spouse can't travel to Canada without PR card if she exit without PR card. Either you need to send your spouse PR card by courier once you receive it in CA address.

COPR and visa issued for one time travel either it is valid or not.

Cheers!

Dear Samrajjo,

Thank u. U r right. It is taking so long time. My kids got it within 60 days. They(CIC) asked us to resubmit photograph again, which we did it at the end of June'16. Hopefully we will receive it by next month.
