In the form of IMM5669, Regarding Personal history (sl #8 ) and address (sl #12 ), I should not keep any gap in information since 18. But the number of row is not enough to give all information. In such case what to do? Is it acceptable by CIC if I add additional page

On the second line of this form you'll get 'If there is not enough space to provide all the necessary information, attach to this form a separate sheet of paper with further details. Print your name at the top of each additional sheet and indicate the form's title and the number of the question you are answering.', so you can use papers as much as you can.

I'm not an expert in FSW app, but to the best of my knowledge, none of your application detail will change till you get your PPR. You're at the last stage and you will get PPR while MyCIC will still show background check in-progress. Furthermore, final decision will turn to "Approved" once either you get your PPR or you get PR Visa/CoPR (which is more likely).

So, there is nothing much you can do now other than wait.

Later I received a message in mycic to send my digital photo as per prescribed size and copy of passport again and I submitted them in due time. No my Ecas is showing decision made but mycic shows background check- in process and decision made- Not yet started. Still I have not got the PPR. I am a bit confused what happened my application. Any suggestion my senior forum mates?

U don't worried. This is the system and process ongoing. there is nothing to do if they do delay. whenever they will ask u to provide something then u just provide the documents on time and wait for changing the next updated status.

As far I know, if u using representative for ur application, obviously u had declared this in your application and separately used an acknowledgement form with signature . In this circumstances , u will not able to open a MyCIC account. Thanks.

Your representative should know this. You will find this information and more on this CIC link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/representative/rep-choose.asp

But watch this video just to get familiar with the steps, in case you choose to go through the application process on your own.

Once you receive your UCI # keep in mind that the Government of Canada offers online free programs to help you prepare for Canada ( as Settling is just as long and hard as the application process ) here is the CIC list on this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/newcomers/before-services.asp

And for Ontario specific information this is the settlement pre-arrival program http://nextstopcanada.ca/ ( you can find it at the end of the CIC list)

If you have a representative, sometimes these free government programs are hidden from you so that the representatives can offer the same service at a cost. So if you choose a representative, choose one recognized by the Government of Canada. There is a list of them in the first link I provided you.
