Finally the wait is over. Thanking all who prayed for me. Thanking all who helped me with their valuable knowledge and mental support. Received our passport back just few minutes ago. ;D ;D ;D ;D

My timeline below with all detail.

1. Sent application on 25th June 2014
2. Received PER on 21st October 2014
3. Received AOR on 1st December 2014.
4. Processing started on 17th October 2014.
5. Received PF on 9th September 2015 and replied on 23rd September 2015.
6. Site verification done on 12th June 2016.
7. Received Medical request on 18th July 2016.
8. Sent documents for adding newborn along with renewed passport and PCC on 25th July 2016.
9. Received bay's medical and RPRF on 4th August 2016.
10. Medical completed on 6th August 2016.
11. PPR received on 16th August and submitted on 17th August 2016.
12. Received passport back with visa and CORP on 8th September 2016.

Alhamdulillah mission accomplished till we fly.

I am flying to toronto on 22nd September by Turkish Air, My two kids and wife are accompanying me. I am a bit worried about transit at Istanbul airport as transit time is very short. Can anyone with recent experience give me the sequence of event and tips regarding Turkish Air.

Hello.

My med is done. I am moving Canada through Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program.

My Plan is that-
With my Visa (Permanent Residency) i will land onto Manitoba and stay few weeks or so and then go to some other province to complete an One-year MBA and then come back to Manitoba to stay for 3 years and become citizen.
How is that sound? (I have to complete a Diploma, length of 8 months, to get a Desk job which requires 6000 CAD. So why not an One-year MBA?)

And if I go to other province as PR and study MBA then how much tuition I have to pay, Domestic or International?

And will it be appropriate if I ask the same question to Manitoba authority?

Review of eligibility Passed
Review of medical results Passed
Review of submitted documents We need an additional document from the applicant

A background check is needed Complete
Final decision This application has been approved

Nothing on silly ecas though…

So looks like this is the last & final update that we’ve been waiting for so long. Thanks once again to all the members who helped me in this journey. I hope those of you who are still awaiting responses from CIC will get them soon.

Spouse is not accompanying but included in application and PA is going to land very shortly. If PA continue to live Canada, then how many months it would require to bring spouse from BD after lodging application for sponsoring the spouse.

Hi,
Those who can't link their application in mycic can try this one: (found this helpful info from a member of this group Ayokunlex01)

Use application number and UCI number option, when you get the option for number of applicant, fill up 1 there even if you are 4. Now all other information like place of birth, country put the same info as per your passport. Hopefully you will able to link your application.
