Hi Russell,
I think new one is sufficient if you have used the Old one as a reference. In that case NEW PP contains the number of earlier one. BUT raise a CSI explaining the reason of sending new PP and attached the BIOPHAGE of new pp in the same CSI.

Other option:
Send the both PP (old one must be stapled beneath the new one) and inform the SVO through general inquiry explaining arrangement of new PP.

Dear Uttara11

Ami kichu bishoy clear howa dorker. Please help me if you can.
1. Ami first time entry diye chole aschi. Ekhon abar jabo. Abar ki natun kore visa nite hobe? first entry r por to years r moddhe 2 years thake hoy.

2. amar meyer passport validity nov. porjonto. ami passport renew korechi. ekhon natun passport e ki visa r seal thakte hobe naki airport e old n new both show korlei hobe?

Thanks for your co operation

1. As you have completed your first entry & came back to bd, u should have the PR card with you. If you have PR card with you, u dont need visa.

2. Same goes for your daughter also. If your daughter also has the PR card, then her visa is not required. If, your daughter is entering for the first time & has immigrant visa on her old passport, then i think it will not be a problem. But i am not sure about this. Please talk to some experts.

Please be noted that, the immigrant visa is valid for one travel only. So, if you have completed your entry & have not collected the PR card, then i am afraid you can not travel without PR card. And, if you apply for new visa, the embassy will not provide you immigrant visa once again.

So, collect your PR card if you dont have it with you.

Thanks
Debashish

AlhumduLillah ;D

It was a long run of 1 year 8 months 29 days since sending the docs to CIC upon receiving the Visa with COPR. Today, 20th June '16, I've received the Visa with COPR, Alhumdulillah, mission accomplished.

I would like to say this is nothing but an exam of patience and finally paid off, Alhumdulillah.

My best wishes to the applicants who are waiting for a long especially for Unauthorized agent applicants. Please keep faith on ALLAH(SWT), HE decides everything and always do the perfect thing for us.

Thank you foramites for your support. This forum is not a platform to help each other but also I learned so many things from here. Insha Allah I'll follow this forum as before.

Thank you all

Kind regards
MashAAllah. Finally, the race is over by the grace of Almighty. When your are landing? Where will you land?

Thank you for your reply Uttara11. I'm getting anxious thinking how long it might take. I also wanted to know has there been any rejection after PPR request?

In PPR mail they say that u can contact with them if one month passes. So better u mail them asking the status or raise CSE
