Any one is interested to fly in Sept end? I'm planning for the same.
But facing difficulties to select Airlines-Turkish or Emirates or Qatar Airways since I'm getting info like Dubai is not providing Visa to BD nationals for transit time. Turkish treatment is not good at airport and there is chance of miss the connecting flight if flight from BD delays due to some reason. I have no idea about Qatar Airways.
I would appreciate current experience/information form the honorable members (who traveled or wishing to travel) of this forum. Please let me know since I have a Kid and your accurate info/suggestion may help to get better idea.

M_Bd said:Hi! I would suggest you to choose Turkish Air. First of all, you'll get 3 luggage's (23 Kilo/each Max) for each passenger and 2:25 hours is enough for transfer. The all other airlines will provide you only 2 pieces luggage's, which is a big issue I guess. Usually if there is delay happens to depart from Dhaka usually connecting flight waits few more minutes to collect passengers and it is airlines responsibility too. If delays morethan 8 hours then hotels will be provided and on arrival Tuskish visa is easy to get. Now about Emirates, 9 hours transit is too much especially when there is kids. Previously forum members expressed their worst experience about Emirates. Well, Emirates offer transit hotel but as because UAE authority not issuing visa to BD national so it is not possible to avail that offer. So better avoid Emirates. You can choose Etihad Airways, their transit time is 2:40 hours and they usually maintains time. Another one is Saudia, their transit time is 4:15 hours. However, I don't know your final destination, please note that the above calculation applies for destination Toronto(YYZ). Hope this might help you.

congratulations for your achievement. JUst to inform you, i along with my wife flied to toronto through emirates on 5th of june, 2016. We got visa & hotel in dubai. So, i think no issues right now. But, it may change any time. So, my suggestion is, find out the cheapest one as money will be a big issue here in canada. Don't spend too much for flying. And, second one is which airline is allowing more luggages. If you think about comfort, i think emirates & turkish are almost same. But, if you want to fly by emirates only and worried about getting visa, i think its not a big deal right now as they are giving transit visa to bangladeshi personnel.
Thanks

I have just joined this forum with a view to get some advice on my application status.
My application was received on 30 Nov 2014 and the AOR is 27 March 2015.
I applied through an agent who was an unauthorized one which I came to know later from a CIC official.
Since it was delaying and we were not receiving any mail, upon consent from the agent, at the end of September 2015 I sent a letter to CIC Singapore requesting to change the agent's email address and use mine instead. On Feb 05 2016, CHC Bd enquired and verified my job with my HR (I work in a multi national). My HR gave a positive note in reply. On 10 February, a CIC official from SGVO called me over phone and -
1. Told me that I have applied through an unauthorized agent, but nothing to worry, cause going forward they will just communicate me directly. They are not in a position to come through my agent. I said that it's okay with me.
2. Told me that since I had not changed my job, verification of my job will be done by separate channel (referred to the verification with my HR)
3. Asked me if I have applied for an email address change. When I answered positive, he said that now onwards they will send all correspondence to the new address only.
4. He verified my home address too and told me that he basically called for address verification.
After couple of weeks I found out that my agent's address was deleted from ECAS.
It has been 4 months since then and the status is still 'In Process' with three lines. Waiting for so long. Will it end into something positive?
NO ! My application fee was not returned!ahsan99 said:I went through one of ur post that u received application fee 1100 dollars back. IS IT?

It was a long run of 1 year 8 months 29 days since sending the docs to CIC upon receiving the Visa with COPR. Today, 20th June '16, I've received the Visa with COPR, Alhumdulillah, mission accomplished.
I would like to say this is nothing but a exam of patience and finally paid off, Alhumdulillah.
My best wishes to the applicants who are waiting for a long especially for Unauthorized agent applicants. Please keep faith on ALLAH(SWT), HE decides everything and always do the perfect thing for us.
Thank you foramites for your support. This forum is not a platform to help each other but also I learned so many things from here. Insha Allah I'll follow this forum as before.
Thank you all
Kind regards
